Both times I had to take my car in were considered emergency circumstances. The first time, my door handle came right off my door. They had the part ordered and replaced that same day. Today, my right rear brake was sounding like metal on metal. They took my car in right away, made all necessary repairs, ensured the safety of the car, and allowed my children to watch kid shows on their TV Neither of these repairs were charged to me as "emergencies".
